Can The Energy Lab install the products offered?

No but we work closely with a number of certified installers who we can put you in contact with.

How do I request a quote?

Can you send me technical information and/or product brochures?

We are constantly updating our website to include as much technical information & literature as possible. If you can't find what you're looking for then please contact us via phone or email with your specific request and we will do our best to help.

Can The Energy Lab help with the design of my project?

Yes we can. We offer a technical design service to support installers with their projects. If you would like further information about this service then please contact us. 

Where does The Energy Lab deliver?

We can deliver your equipment to any location in the UK. For complicated deliveries please discuss your requirements with our sales team.

Does The Energy Lab offer credit facilities?

 Due to the nature of our product offering The Energy Lab requires payment on receipt of invoice, we do however offer a credit card payment facility.

How do I pay The Energy Lab?

Our preferred method of payment is via direct bank transfer but we are also able to accept cheque & credit/debit card payments.

What are the delivery charges?

Delivery charges do vary depending on the equipment purchased. You will be made aware of any delivery charges at the point of quotation.

What are the conditions on Warranties & Returns?

Warranty terms are based on the manufacture’s specification. Please contact the office to discuss specific details. Please see our terms & conditions for product returns & cancellations.

Do I need annual servicing for my new heating/hot water system?

Yes, It is highly recommended that you have your system serviced annually to ensure it is running at is optimum performance and uphold any warranty’s or extended warranty’s available.

Who can buy from The Energy Lab?

We are suppliers to the Plumbing, Heating, Renewable & Construction trades. However, we are able to assist with any type of enquiry we receive.
