All customers must give The Energy Lab Solutions Ltd prior notification of their intention to return goods.
Returns without Damage
- The Energy Lab Solutions will not accept returns for bespoke non stock items unless they are damaged.
- Any goods that have been part used or modified such as cut pipe will will not be restocked.
- All stocked items are subject to an 18% restocking fee.
- The Client is responsible for delivery charges for the original order and the return.
- All goods must be returned with a completed returns form.
- All goods that are returned need to be returned in resale condition with original packaging.
- All returns are subject to inspection by The Energy Lab Solutions.
- Damage to any goods during return transportation need to be disputed with the courier company and payment by The Client is required until the dispute is settled.
