Carletti Freshwater Stations

Carletti is a Freshwater Station for instantaneous domestic hot water production, which uses a stainless steel brazed plate heat exchanger and is used in combination with inertial storage tanks (buffers). Available in three ranges; COMPACT, PRO and BESPOKE.

  • A range of sizes for different projects
  • Distributed by Energy Lab

Carletti Freshwater Stations deliver instantaneous hot water with the efficiency of stored heat.

Rather than storing large volumes of hot water, a Carletti Freshwater Station heats water on demand as it passes through a brazed plate heat exchanger, drawing energy from an inertial buffer tank. This approach reduces the risk of bacterial growth associated with stored hot water, including legionella, while still benefiting from the thermal storage that buffer tanks provide. It’s a system increasingly specified where hygiene, efficiency and flexible system design all matter, from individual dwellings to larger multi-occupancy and commercial buildings.

Instantaneous production, not storage

Hot water is heated only when it's drawn, rather than held at temperature in a cylinder. That removes the standing water risk associated with stored systems and supports a simpler approach to legionella control.

Designed to work with inertial buffers

Carletti stations are used in combination with buffer tanks, drawing stored heat as needed. That separation of storage and delivery gives specifiers more flexibility in how a heating system is laid out and sized.

Three ranges for different project scales

COMPACT, PRO and BESPOKE cover everything from straightforward domestic installs to larger or more demanding projects, giving installers a station sized correctly for the job rather than a one size fits all unit.
